AI processing of FHIR-imported data

When granted, the Tali AI care assistant may read clinical data imported from connected health systems (e.g., Medicare Blue Button) to answer your questions and surface insights. Without this consent, AI features will not see imported FHIR data.

Report inaccurate or incomplete data

See something that doesn’t look right in your medications, allergies, appointments, or vitals — including data imported from Medicare or other connected health systems? Let us know. For records sourced from a covered entity, we’ll also point you to the HIPAA right-of-amendment process.

Delete or export your account

You can request export of your data in a portable FHIR Bundle, or permanent deletion of your account and all data. Both requests are honored within 30 days.
